[Nature Machine Intelligence 2021] Learning nonlinear operators via DeepONet based on the universal approximation theorem of operators
PINN에 이어서 DeepONet에 대해 다뤄보도록 하겠다. DeepONet은 데이터로부터 함수와 함수 간의 매핑인 '연산자(Operator)'를 직접 학습하여 물리적 시스템의 해를 근사하는 신경망 모델이다.입력 함수의 정보를 담는 브랜치(Branch) 네트워크와 출력 위치 정보를 처리하는 트렁크(Trunk) 네트워크의 내적(Inner product) 구조를 통해 non-linear 관계를 효율적으로 표현한다.PINN이 solution을 찾는 것과 달리, DeepONet은 해를 구하는 알고리즘 자체를 학습하기 때문에 다양한 초기 조건이나 경계 조건에 대해 generalization이 가능하다. https://arxiv.org/abs/1910.03193 DeepONet: Learning nonlinear ..
